  • To ensure that every client dealing with RMIC will be treat with the most efficient and worthy service within the limit of three minutes.
  • To ensure that every client comment/feedback will be answered within one working day from the date RMIC receive the complete comment/feedback from the client.
  • To ensure that every letter of appointment for Research Assistant, Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Intern to be issued within three working days from the date RMIC receive the complete application form.
  • To ensure that every offer letter to conduct research and promissory note to the successful applicant to be issued within seven working days from the date it is approved by the University Research Committee Meeting.
  • To ensure that the approval letter to conduct research is released to head researcher within seven working days from the date the promissory note is is received by RMIC.
  • To ensure that every letter of appointment as a consultant to be issued to every member of the consultation project within seven working days from the date RMIC receive the complete document.
  • To ensure that every letter of approval to register intellectual property protection to be issued within seven working days from the date it is approved by University Innovation and Commercialisation Committee Meeting.
  • To ensure that every letter of acceptance of progress/final report to be issued to the head researcher within seven working days from the date it is approved by the University Research Committee Meeting.
  • To ensure that every letter of completion confirmation to be issued to head researcher/consultant within seven days from the date it is approved by the University Research Committee Meeting.
  • To ensure that every letter of closure for research/consultation project to be issued within 30 working days from the due date of research/consultation project.
  • To ensure that every delivery of the purchase order to the supplier is notified to the applicant within seven working days from the date it was sent.
  • To ensure that the complete claim is sent to Treasury Department within seven working days from the date it is received.
